Whether known as Saint Nicholas, Sinterklaas, Father Christmas, Kris Kringle, Babbo Natale, Christkind, Père Noël, Santa Claus (“Santa”) or by many other names, this legendary gift-giver is well known around the world. And writing a letter to Santa is among the numerous traditions surrounding Christmas. Among all the things about this Holiday Season (The presents, the carols, the ornaments, the parties, the family all together, the cheer,..) getting to see the adorable letters that starry-eyed children worldwide write to Santa from the North Pole is the one I like the most.
Third graders wrote their “Dear Santa letters” and they included: a testament of “nice” not “naughty” behavior and a wish-list of toys.
